If you have out-of-network benefits, I will gladly provide documentation for you to submit.  Since everyone's benefits are different, it's important to verify coverage with your insurance provider prior to your first session.  Out-of-network sessions are paid in full at time of service.  There's no guarantee of reimbursement.
